Chuck has been MIA as of late. Jason said that he would do some prowling should the need arise so we shall see if the need arises. In the meantime, IWF will go on. As of right now, I am the only admin left standing from the three originals (since Brandon is still an admin but is on summer vacation until the end of August).

With that fact in mind, I have officially granted Jason Hawk and Shadow Demon admin powers. Both of these guys are absolutely awesome for helping me to shoulder the responsibility of being admins and shit like that. I fucking couldn't do this shit alone (a fact that i'm willing to admit...unlike another admin from way way way in the past...)

Should Chuck come back, he will be welcomed with open arms. WHEN Brandon comes back in August, he too will be welcomed with open arms. Brandon and I will continue to run this site with the help of Jason and SD and Chuck (should he return)

Regarding Shadow and Jason being admins: We had agreed to have 3, and only 3 for IWF's time...but I think, seeing that they're just as big (if not bigger) parts of the creative team as the three owners, and therefore need to know what's going on with IWF's storylines and inner-workings, they should remain in that place of power. They've undoubtedly proved that they have a major investment in IWF's greater good, and I've worked with both of them long enough to fully trust their judgment.

HOWEVER: I do think we should stick with the "rule of 3" in terms of making executive decisions and such in IWF. That is, when it comes to making big decisions (like the affiliates we usually have coming in and out), we stick with Corey, Brandon, and I making those types of calls...but Shadow and Jason will serve as "interim owners" for when one (or two, God forbid) of the usual admins are MIA. I say that only because having a team of 5 people to make all the decisions will get really hectic, really fast...especially with those two in far distant time zones, and at times difficult to contact (says the guy who might as well have been wiped off the face of the Earth for a week )

But yeah. You get what I mean. Does that work?

I hate to ruin Tim's post regarding his concern for my whereabouts...but since I'm here and still doing alright, there's really no other need for this thread

I agree with Chuck whole heartedly. Jason and SD have been intricate members of this site since the beginning. I honest to god believe that both guys have their hearts set on seeing this place succeed. With that in mind, i also agree with chuck that we should stick with the "rule of 3" when it comes to making big decisions. Chuck, Brandon and I should be the ones who are, ultimately, the guys who can swing the big bad hammers should the need arise as well as deal with the big decisions (dealing with affiliates and shit like that). Jason and SD will remain in the seat of admin power until otherwise notified and will continue to play a major role in both the creative and show writing aspect of IWF.

Long story short: SD and jason will remain admins for the time being...but the "rule of 3" that we have established (and has, up to this point, worked out for the best) will remain firmly entrenched until the sky falls from the heavens. Should we have another technology meltdown like chuck's incident or should Brandon suddenly realize that Canada is not Wi-fi friendly...then it will pay off to have two guys waiting in the wings who can fill in for the absentee admin until he can return to his full time duties. Bringing in SD (who is in Australia) and Jason (who is living on the Faroe Islands...if you dont know where they are don't feel bad...neither does 3/4ths of the world's population ) would just be too crazy to get an equal say from 5 different guys in like 4 different time zones and shit.
