Rate Chuck

So, here's how this is going to work:

All votes are 100% completely anonymous. I can't find out who said what, so be completely honest.

We're going to figure out exactly what IWF thinks of the job I do. Your job is simple. Rate my performance. Consider whatever it is you want to consider, and come up with an overall score for how well (or how poorly) I run IWF.

Ratings look like this:

1 - Chuck absolutely sucks at his job. He's inefficient, useless, and really should step down and let someone else take his place

2 - Chuck does slightly more than the average member. Not a leader by any stretch, probably shouldn't be in charge. Makes more mistakes than he does good decisions. Likely only has his position because nobody can boot him out.

3 - Chuck does alright. He does no better or worse than anyone else. If he was gone, IWF would likely run just as well. If someone else was in his place, it would probably be the same way. Really does no harm or good for IWF.

4 - Chuck does well. Perhaps not the absolute best choice, but certainly does a better job than most people in IWF would be able to do. Given the choice, I would keep him in the position he's in. Happy to have him in charge.

5 - Chuck is possibly one of the best owners I've ever worked with. He is one of the reasons I continue to write in IWF, and it would not surprise me to see IWF fold if he were ever to leave.

UPDATE:
Since this entire thing is to settle a dispute between Dan and myself, I've decided to make this a legitimate test of approval. If I average below a 3, I will gladly step down from my spot as an admin, let someone more capable take my place, and contend with being a regular member of the IWF roster.

Just want to say that this is all in Chuck's head. He is my favorite admin. I don't know where he got this idea.

In all honesty Chuck, you are a cool dude. You, Corey and Brandon are all the most awesomest admin's E-Feds can ever get. If one of you go down IWF would slowly fall apart. And no offense to them, but Robbie, nor Styg can never replace that if any of you leave. I think what would be best, instead of having IWF die slowly would be to put it to rest together of when you CC and Brandon leave together.

But nobody wants that. What we all want is a IWF run'd by the best and we got the best. I'd never talk shit about IWF cause IWF has a great roster, great members and great admins. I love you 3 and I hope you all stay.

I don't know what this dispute is about...but if Dan pushed Chuck this far than i can only imagine what the king of the armbar must've fucking done to piss Chucklesnake off this much.

Anyways, Chuck, you are a fantastic admin...and i mean that from the bottom of my heart. For those of you who don't know, Chuck is the crux when it comes to the adminship here in IWF. Chuck acts as the moderating force between the laid back, easy going manner of Brandon Macdonald and the hot headed, "shoot first ask questions later" "guilty until proven innocent" attitude of Corey Casey. Chuck acts as the guy who responsible for not only a number of VERY good storylines, he is also one of the guys who is able to handle big time decisions here in IWF.

Also, Chuck, Brandon and I act as the three admins who make up a panel called the "Rule of 3." This so-called "Rule of 3" rule over everything that IWF does and the direction that IWF takes in terms allying/promoting other feds, banning unruly members, and generally making tough decisions for IWF. Without Chuck, this entire fed would fall to shit...yes, we could replace Chuck in the "Rule of 3" but that would undermine the whole "Chuck as the moderating Scales of Justice" thing we've got going on.
