| Alright guys...so I've pretty much got everything as far as a name, location, staff and everything ready for the Development show and I could launch it after Ragnarok.
My only issue is with the interest level. Like would you guys be interested in having a more laid back RPing environment to develop characters or try new ones out that you've never been sure you could pull them off but always wanted to try? Like if you dumped a character it wouldn't matter since this would be like a developmental territory/indy style program.
The basic IWF Roleplay rules would apply here with the exception of there being a word count LIMIT for Development Show RPs. The word count limit will be 4000 words. All other roleplaying rules apply the same.
Championships, there will be one or two championships depending on the level on interest I get from this.
Just as to not take away from the main show the Development Show’s results will be summarized except for the main event. For PPVs we would have like a "pre-show" type deal for the developmental talent to showcase themselves. All events would be held at a central location except for PPVs.
I'd also allow current superstars on the main show the option of competing on both shows. However it would be a case by case basis in determining whether or not you're allowed to compete on the Development show.
So I ask this question who would be interested in either working both shows, specifically working the developmental show or lastly making a new character to try out on the show?

| My only question and concern with this is: Do we even have enough ppl to make this work? |

| That's why I made a poll to make sure we'd have enough people wanting to either make another character for the show or maybe their character hasn't been getting over as well on the main show and they wanna step down and re-tool their character before bringing them back up. | |

| Well, as a developmental show, I'd only ever expect like 3-4 matches anyway. So I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to implement with a small-ish roster. Especially if people feel confident enough not to worry about W's & L's with the testing of a new writing style/character. So, I'm sure we could probably make it work with the amount of people we have. (And so I can feel like a total bawse.) | |

| I have plenty of characters that I could bring in for something like this.
WITH that being said I would be interested in working on this. I have some experience running a show like this so would love to do it again. Anyway I think this could be a cool idea.

| I would at least consider joining it.
I think it is a good idea in general though.

| Well, if this is gonna happen, I'd like to recommend that at least every new wrestler that joins IWF should at least have a months worth of development before even being on the main roster regardless of how good they are.
The only reason I say this is because, it doesn't just give them a auto pass into the world title scene when they join.
Now I also recommend that they should be reviewed. RP wise anyway. Admins should discuss amoungest themselves who should be in the main roster. Those who make the cut, go. Those who don't have to do another month before getting another chance.
I know I'm sounding like I wanna run this thing and tbh, I kinda do. I've always been thinking of being a head of some sort of thing of development of some sorts and you know personally I'd think this would be a great thing for IWF. Getting new talent in a constant flow.

| I like it. I've a couple of characters that I'd possibly try out when this happens. | |

| AWESOME! So basically from what I'm gathering from everyone and talking to everyone we've got enough to make it happen. I'll be putting up and additional boards and such after Ragnarok. | |

IDK I think if somebody put in they contract that they got 0 wrestling experience and they a new character or their character is fairly new/not a "big" name then they should be put on development scene right off the bat. But if otherwise don't think thatd make sense, especially for a month lol. Plus, IDK anybody who got an auto pass to a world title scene right when they joined.. dont think that ever happened.

| I just posted an app in the join section, just basically taking my spot for theme and base on the show.
Never actually RP'd as the guy, but people like Steel will remember him.
