IWF Championship Briefcase

The IWF Championship Briefcase allows the holder to create a Championship match whenever and wherever they want. At any point during any show, the holder may "cash in" the briefcase, and begin a championship match with the current champion. It does not matter when, nor where. However, the match will always be a standard, singles, one-fall match (See below for Exception.) Upon cashing in the briefcase, you lose the briefcase, win or lose (ie, if you lose your match, you don't get the briefcase back). It is a one time thing, so use it wisely.

This championship briefcase is only obtained when a competitor successfully wins the Championship Briefcase Tournament. Once awarded the briefcase, the holder is not only entitled to the championship match described above, but is also granted "Temporary GM Power." This allows the briefcase holder to create one match on each card until the briefcase is exchanged, and the championship match taken. In other words: The briefcase represents the General Manager power. Once the briefcase is used, the holder relinquishes his power with it.

Rules of the Briefcase:
-The holder MAY NOT book himself in Championship matches, nor may he book himself in #1 contender matches.
-The holder MAY NOT change match participants. That is, if a match has already been scheduled between competitors, the holder may not change the people involved.
-The holder MAY add stipulations to matches, provided one has not already been established.
-The holder MAY book the Champion in title matches, no long as it does not conflict with any previously stated rules.

EXCEPTION:
The holder MAY book himself in a championship match of his choice, but in doing so will relinquish his briefcase. That is, the Holder may book a title match pitting himself against the champion in a match type other than the Standard, one-fall match. Doing so, however, results in the loss of the briefcase (and subsequent match-making power.)
