| Scene opens inside a production room which has been redecorated abit with crosses and unlit torches. A projection screen is seen in the background with a camera standing on the corner. A shadow of a man sitting down in a chair is seen in the left side of where the screen is. His features hidden due to the lack of lighting.
???: I've been listening to alot of people talking, their voices quiet but still audible to my ears. I can feel their gaze directed onto me, following my every step. With these gestures come the words of which escape their lips.......
The man then shifts around slightly, he crossed his legs and leans back.
???" "He has no chance." "Corey Casey will murder him." "He's pushing his luck." All this and more I get from the public audience. They don't not seem to understand, none of them do. I'm in his head, and I’ve done the one thing that very people have even done. I've pushed Corey to his breaking point, targeting his weakness, exploiting it, and now I tend to take it one step further.......
The camera to the side springs to life, showing clips of Dark Archangel has he took Corey up in the air and plants him down with the Chaos Destruction. Then it pauses to get a close of Dark Archangel standing above his fallen foe, a ghost of a smile on his face.
???: You see.....Corey may have bested me at Rising Monarchy, but since then I've been getting the best of him at every turn. Last week being the best example of this.....
The camera switches over and we see another video of Dark Archangel defeating Tyson Rowle, after the match Corey enters the ring but the lights go all out and when turned back on, Corey is left standing alone.
???: After showing Corey a live video of me pursuing his beloved girlfriend, rather than run off and assist her like he promised, instead he just stood there like a lumpy pumpkin.
The man then leans to one end of the chair he is sitting.
???: This week Corey apparently had nothing intelligent to say about me, rather his ill rational thinking leads him to resort to vulgar speeches and petty insults. As if that wasn’t cliché enough, he talks about his past and how he was this blood hungry psychopath who destroyed anyone who crossed him and his family. You know for a man, who claims to be a soulless bastard, he does have a soft........side.
Then the torches in the room light up all at once, showing the room and the figure before us. Here we can see Dark Archangel sitting on a throne like chair that was used for the Rising Monarchy opening. He's dressed in his usual entrance attire complete with his trademark robe. He is smiling as he has one arm propped on the chair with the side of his head resting on his palm. A soft chuckle is heard as he looks directly at the camera in front of him.
Dark Archangel: Corey thought that my bad luck would continue with Tyson making his big return back to IWF. However I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and thus, I held back and let Tyson hit me with his best shot. I made it look so convincing, just putting up enough of a fight so that he would be mislead into thinking that he had a fighting chance. However the 2nd time I allowed him to get a near fall on me I knew I was cutting it way too close. So I decided to drop the act and just finish him off. One move was all it took for me to end the fight.
As if to prove his point, the camera to the side once again comes to life and here we can see the match from last week between Dark Archangel and Tyson Rowle. Here Dark just kicked out after Tyson smashed his arm against the ring post, we can see Dark Archangel smiling at first, but then his expression changed to a annoyed sneer as he slowly got to his feet. He turns just in time to catch Tyson as he attempted the Blizzard's Sting, the shock on Tyson's face tells the story as Dark repositions him into a militery press position with little effort. Tyson tries to struggle out of it, but Dark hoists him up in the air and drives his head down into a massive cutter, knocking Tyson out cold. The final scene shows Dark getting the pin fall and then standing above the fallen form of Tyson.
Dark Archangel: Now that was all a mere sample, just fun and games there. Tyson thought he had it won, but that's just that......it was a thought, and a foolish one at that. When I fight you Corey, I know better than to pull any punches or mess around. I may of been defeated before but this time is different, this time I will prevail and I will do so without regret.
He then stands up and with a wave of his hand; all the torches in the room die out, leaving the room in darkness once again.
Dark Archangel: Soon Corey.........very soon.........I will have.........the one thing your heart cares for........

Ruben and Craig.
Joined together as a means to an end, to bring down the one man who played a huge role in you returning to IWF.
And now he's dead, so what will you do now boys?
Ruben, you said it yourself that you hired Craig here to assist you in making Chuck feel the humiliation that he made you feel some years back. I'm not sure of the history, but it's clear to me that you and Craig only formed this team of yours to complete that one goal.
Well I suppose in a way you've succeeded.
But what now I wonder? You both are tag champs but I don't see those belts being on you in the long run. See Ruben you stated before that you are not a team player and perfer to work alone. Then there's Craig who reminds me of myself, see Craig I too started off with a undefeated streak, mostly beating up jobbers. Then they bumped me up to take on mid carders and soon I was in the main event matches. Even after I lost my first match, they still had me take on the best of the best; I would go on the defeat a former heavyweight champion and a hall of famer.
You said you wanted competition? Look no further, I'll warm you up and tire you out, matter of fact I'll be more than happy to take on both of you.
I'm aware that I have a partner but I'm not too sure about him, I guess I can let him have some fun but when I enter the ring, get ready for a fight.
Ruben.....I'm going to prove that your "win" over me before was a complete fluke.
Craig.......you said you wanted better competition, here it is.
And Corey........I hope you're watching this very carefully.
Because this is but a mere taiste of what awaits you at Nowhere to Run. |
