Subject: Leaving home Sat Mar 31, 2012 8:49 pm

March 25th

-The scene opens with Sean Libby sitting on his kitchen counter and reading a small article of hairstyles-

-Sean's house phone rings behind him and he answers-

Sean Libby:
Yellow?

???:
Sean? Good, stay on for a sec I'll... Oh no,

-The person who is on the line is Maria talking to Sean in a unsettling and uncomfortable tone-

Maria:
Why are you here? Your supposed to be at work Victor!

Vic:
I knew you were trying to cheat behind my back, you whore!

-Footsteps can be heard moving to the phone as Sean's stance listening to whats on the phone troubles him-

Sean Libby:
Maria? Maria, whats going on?

Maria:
How dare you call me that? I let you in my house, into my life, breaking my ex's heart, all for you! And you call me a whore?

Vic:
Don't you talk back to me!

-A smack can be heard as the other line phone falls on the floor-

Sean Libby:
MARIA!!

-The phone gets picked up-

Sean Libby:
Maria? Is that you? Talk to me please!

Vic:
She dropped her phone.

Sean Libby:
What did you do, you coward?!

Vic:
I did what all men should do. Control their women. Keep them in check, so they don't sleep around with strangers and pricks.

Sean Libby:
You monster. Is that what you think? Controlling her? She has done NOTHING wrong!

Vic:
Oh but she has. You see, your once lover is unfaithful. Its all common sense, and to be honest I was expecting it.

-Sean clinches a fist and smashes it on the counter-

Vic:
She cheats on you to be with me, and she cheats on me to be with you. Well I'm not allowing it. You are gutless Libby. You don't control your situations. Thats why when I see you fall, yes I'll be watching Spring Fling, I'll be watching Hart kill you.

Sean Libby:
...Your wrong Vicki. Its not common sense. She followed her heart, and she wanted it. I trust in the "hearts" that I see, they are more caring than Hart can get. But you, you are cold and heartless. She deserves better, my son deserves better!

Vic:
Your ex and son will do what I say, Libby! I'm the man of the house and I'll do what I want, when I want, to whom I want. And I promise you'll never see them again. No I won't kill them. Just taking your life away from them!

-The phone hangs up and the dial tone comes on-

-Sean throws his phone-

Sean Libby: That son of a bitch!! He will not take them away from me, its their right to have me in their live! I will not let anything happen! But I gotta think of whats going to happen so I can stop them.

-Sean calms down and paces around his small apartment-

(END OF DAY)

March 26th

-The scene reopens with the sun just starting to rise-

-The camera then pans down to a empty street with sounds of motorcycle engine's driving fast and coming closer-

-Then two motorcycles drive right by the camera beside eachother-

-The camera then shows Sean Libby and his brother Eric riding the motorcycles-

Sean Libby:
Thanks for giving me a hand Eric.

Eric Libby:
Any time bro. Love me some riden' and ass kicking!

-The two drive into a street of houses-

Sean Libby:
Oh no...This can't be.

-The two see a house with moving vans in front of Maria's home-

-They go into the driveway in front of the vans and Sean guickly gets off and goes in front of a worker-

Sean Libby:
Hey! Hey dude whats going on here?!

Worker:
I'm sorry sir I cannot stop working.

Sean Libby:
Well, can I at least go inside?

Worker:
Sure, go ahead.

-Sean runs inside and Eric walks in slowly-

-Sean falls to his knees and looks around in disbelief-

Eric Libby:
Mother fucker... It looks like that bastard gave us the slip bro.

Sean Libby:
...Wheres Maria? Wheres my son?

Eric Libby:
Hey Sean, cool it, they may not- SEAN!

-Sean not thinking rushes up the stairs and bumps into two workers-

-Sean runs into the master bedroom and sees that the bed is gone while the workers in the room are moving miscellaneous stuff-

-Sean turns into the kids room and sees its completely empty-

Sean Libby:
Maria...Niko... No...

-Eric comes up behind Sean and puts his hand on Sean's shoulder-

Eric Libby:
I'm sorry bro. I'm sorry that you have lost your closest people to a family. I can't give that back to you.

Sean Libby:
No Eric... You can't. But I can try to rebuild... First off, I gotta beat the living life out of Robbie. And I'll see if I can find a way to find a replacement for my hollow heart.

-Sean puts his hand on Eric's shoulder and nods to him-

-Sean walks down the stairs and exits the house as the scene goes black-
