| Hiya ladies and gents! I know that a lot of people have been making suggestions when it comes to how to vote and when votes are due and such. I thought i'd take a few seconds here to address what's what: 1.) When are votes due?
ANSWER: All votes must be sent to ALL OF THE ADMINS [but especially CC] by no later than 10am on the Monday following deadline. For example, let's say that deadline is Sunday, January 20th at midnight [Eastern Standard Time]. All votes must be pm'ed to ALL OF THE ADMINS [but especially CC] by 10am [Eastern Standard time] on Monday, January 21st. This is done with the full intent of providing the admins with the maximum amount of time to write in order to get all our show writing duties done on time so we don't have any slackers using lack of votes as an excuse to drag their asses when it comes to show writing being due. 2.) How should I vote?
ANSWER: Vote with your heart. As dumb as that sounds...in IWF, quality is more important than quantity. You can use whatever criteria you want in order to vote, just make sure you take into consideration that it shouldn't really matter how long one person's RP is...it's the content and the overall enjoyment you get out of reading said RP that matters 3.) What should I PM as my voting card to all the admins?
ANSWER: The PM you should send all the admins should include ALL of the matches as well as ALL of your votes. Don't send me/the other admins a list of matches with no votes. Also, don't send me/the other admins a voting card that is missing like one or two matches but has all the rest. For example, let's say that week's card looks like this: Special Guest Ring Announcer: Blyss Lockhart Special Time Keeper: Philip Joseph Special Ring Enforcers: Axle Vengeance and Eric Steel Special Guest Commentary: Corey Casey Jack Savage [vs.] Alexander Remington
Axle Vengeance [vs.] Ryan Apollos
Philip Joseph [vs.] Ashe Corvin
Ruby Winters [vs.] Diana Logan
Blyss Lockhart [vs.] "Sexy" Lexie Laren
Eric Steel [vs.] Sean Libby
Triple Threat Match Christian James [vs.] Steel Angel [vs.] Johnny Cage
Watson Brawley [vs.] Johnny Daniels
Damien Drake [vs.] Alexander Raven
Jacob Figgins [vs.] John Tolly Your voting card can look as basic as this: Figgins/Tolly- Figgins Drake/Raven-Drake Brawley/Daniels-Brawley James/Steel/Cage- James Steel/Libby-Steel Lockhart/Laren-Lockhart Winters/Logan-Winters Joseph/Corvin-Joseph Vengeance/Apollos- Vengeance Savage/Remington-Savage It's that simple folks! ADDITIONALLY....YOU DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN MATCH! So feel free to vote for every match EXCEPT your own If you have any further questions, please feel free to post here! Love, The IWF Admin Team

| I have a question.
You want them to send all the matches and the winners
But you also said not to send the no-shows.
There is a conflict of directions here. | |

| I'm sure this is a stupid question but where I'm new and don't exactly know all the ins and outs ... What about our own matches? Do we include that when we send in votes? I don't expect to vote on my own but since it says to do ALL matches, just making sure I've got all the bases covered. |

| When voting, you should basically seek out the pros and cons in both roleplays considering one is better than the other. |

| Hopefully this will help people understand exactly what's going on with the voting. I must admit the amount of votes this week was alarming really based on the amount of registered and active RPers we have. | |

| I've always said, leave your beef with someone behind, cause personal beef should never be a factor in terms of voting. Cause thats just unfair. If someone truly believes that, that guy did good then absolutely vote for that guy regardless of what past hate you have with that guy/girl. But not for CC he'll vote down for someone who isn't here no matter what | |
