IWF.com has just learned that Frank Hart is dropping out of the number one contender match against Dan Alexander at Fallout this Sunday night! It is also rumored Frank is hand picking his replacement! IWF's very own Heather Thompson caught up to Frank Hart has the story:

'In a stunning report, Frank Hart seems to make good on his promise he made at the end of his first promo for Fallout. The wrestling legend has decided to pull himself out of the Number One contendership match against Dan Alexander. Details are still unknown, but an official press release from Frank's camp had this to say about the matter'
