| BOSTON, MA - - - After the scandal that rocked the foundation of Europe's biggest and fastest growing wrestling organization European Championship Wrestling in early January of this year. Former ECW Heavyweight Champion Marcus Pearce was released from his contract with the company. Mr. Casanova, the Vice President of European Championship Wrestling was surprised to learn that his children and share holders in ECW supported the man that he got the board of directors to fire. Not really surprised by his daughter Kasandra's position on the whole issue, after all the scandal involved both the ECW star and Kasandra, but his son Jason is who caught him off guard when they announced that they are withdrawing their shares from European Championship Wrestling in protest against the Board of Directors decision to let go Marcus Pearce from his lucrative contract.
Apparently for months Marcus Pearce and Kasandra Casanova were in a secret relationship. To make this story even more bizarre and shocking, Marcus Pearce a Boston native from Foxborough, Massachusetts was adopted at age 14 by the wealthy and powerful Casanova family. So one could understand why Kassie's father Mr. John Casanova was upset to find out that his daughter was in a serious relationship with his adopted son.
Dating back to early March, Marcus Pearce and his newly hired agents Jason and Kasandra (aka Kassie) Casanova were in talks with Insurgency Wrestling Federation. While a verbal agreement were reached in late March, the written agreement and contract was not signed . There was a number of issues that still needed ironing out.
Today we can confirm that the former European Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Marcus Pearce have signed a one year deal with Insurgency Wrestling Federation.
Speculation is running rampant among IWF officials that since Bloody Sunday takes place in Paris, France; Marcus Pearce a well known superstar in the European market would make some sort of appearance at the event.
