I was sitting down in my chair, my head hung over in shame. I just couldn’t believe that I allowed myself to be distracted like that. I had Corey Casey right in my sights, I drove his head down into the chair with my finisher and I thought I had the match won. However the is a reason why Corey is one of the best in federation, he survived many finishers from other athletes from James SWAG OUT to Brandon's shooting star press. I should have known better than to assume that just one finisher will be enough to keep old Corey down. But I just had to argue with the ref afterwards, I just had to lose focus, I just HAD to allow my anger to get the better of me. Mistakes like these are becoming very troublesome, and it's clearly showing. Once my record was 15 and 2 and now it's 16 and 8.

Well I wasn’t scheduled to compete tonight due to the Battle for the Briefcase tournament however I was so restless. I wanted to hurt someone, but then a received a call from Rick Christian who told me that a guy named Crag was fighting both James and Corey and he needed some help. I saw the opportune and ran like hell to the ring area, using a trick from my brother Death Angel to get the jump on Corey. However even with the odds now evened out, neither I nor Corey could get the better of the other. That was until the new champion Stygian came in and took both Corey and Shark out with one hit. He then fed both men to me and Crag and we nailed our respective finishers on them, a Chaos Destruction for Corey and a Hemming Bomb for Sharky. I felt much better afterwards having gotten Corey back but I know this isn’t going to end here. I can already see the poster for the upcoming PPV Nowhere to Run which featured me and Corey Casey in what looks to be a massive cage. I remembered Rick saying something about that he wanted me and Corey to fight inside the Double Caged Horror match. Of course Corey didn't want to have anything to do with fighting me in his own match that he never lost in mainly because he didn't see me as much of a threat. However now I'm sure that he's really considering it, after everything I've done so far, and I'm only just getting started.

For now however I'll leave Corey alone and focus on this week's matchup. I was told by Johnny Electric that I'll be fighting Tyson Rowle. At first I was confused because I believed that he was taken out by Stygian a couple of months back. He told me that Tyson has recovered from the assault and furthermore wants to fight me. This was interesting because I would have figured that since Stygian was the one who put Tyson on the shelf to begin with that he'd be the 1st person he would go after. I suppose the reason why he wants to fight me first is due to all the hype that was building up between me and Corey Casey. No matter the reason, either way he's already sealed his fate, either by my hand or by Stygian's; Tyson is about to be sent on another trip back to the ER facility.

That of course will have to wait; right now my only concern was going back home and getting some much needed rest.

Out in what looks to be open fields with patches of grass and a nearby lake to the side, two medieval armies are waging war on each other outside of a tall grey castle. On the bridge outside of the castle, two forces clash against one another. Ranks of shieldmen tussle in a scrum, shoving against one another for position. One army is clad in gold, displaying phoenix heraldry on their shields and on their shoulder badges. They fight with their backs to the castle, trying to stop the other army—clad in black armor with gold “Tron Lines” with silver Templar Crosses on their shoulders—from advancing on the castle. Soon though a lone figure on horseback rides into view, he is clad in polished silver armor with angled accents that seem to blend seamlessly into his black cape, rather looking like angel wings. He pulls out a gigantic double-bladed battle axe the head of which looks like an angel at the haft, with the blades themselves being the angel wings. Dismounting his horse, he surveys the battlefield, his long black hair flowing in the wind as the fight rages on between the Phoenix knights and the Templar solders. He then reaches into the saddle and brings out a large shield with a large silver Templar Cross in the center. With ax and shield in hand, he charges head on towards the fight, cleaving through every enemy that stood in front of him. Soon however he hears the sound in the wind and notices a large black dragon flying into view, he calls the troops to fallback and he follows them. The large black dragon then dives towards the golden army and engulfs them in a huge stream of fire from its mouth. He vaporizes most of the resistance and lands in their ashes, facing the castle. That was when the knight with the angel armor who is known as the Dark Archangel leads the army in behind the Black Dragon, picking off the stragglers there. The Black Dragon clears the last line of defense between itself and the castle with a sweep of its massive foreleg, knocking the off the bridge. The dragon reaches up to the closed drawbridge of the castle and shatters it into splinters with a battering-ram-sized fist and blows more fire into the gatehouse to take out the ambush waiting therein. Then it sits up on its hind legs and tears the gate and all out of the gatehouse. The Black Dragon leads Dark Archangel and the Black Templar army through the gaping wound which used to seal the castle from invaders. Dark Archangel takes the army and goes left, the Black Dragon goes right, and they clear out the castle yard around the central tower, meeting at the front of the keep. The Black Dragon lies down on its stomach like a large, winged cat. Then two girls Lilith and Lilah step off of the Dragon’s back, each one wearing typical female fantasy armor following the usual female fantasy armor rule: the less it covers the better. Seriously, they’re basically wearing black open brigandine bras and steel booty shorts. Lilith is carrying a sword which would be taller than she if she were to stand it straight up. Once the girls are clear, the Black Dragon turns into a cloud of smoke that shrinks on itself and solidifies into Stygian dressed in dark clothes and a black trench coat with silver brigandine plates.

Dark Archangel: You ready for this?

Stygian: I am, just remember the crown is mine.

Dark Archangel: I agree, I just want Prince Corey dead by my blade.

Stygian: I have no problem with that.

So me, Stygian, Lilith and Lilah walk up the stairs. Stygian and I kicked open the doors of the keep and step inside where more guards await us. I easily cleaved my way through some of them, while Stygian sends the rest flying with dragon-strength blows. He then grabs the last two by the throat and throws them through the throne room door breaking it down in the process. A long red carpet extends from the ruined doors towards a dais where four thrones sit. I could see Corey Casey and Brandon MacDonald sitting in the two center thrones. Brandon is wearing gold armor with crimson markings etched on the armor and a jewel crown on his head, where as Corey was wearing Crimson armor with gold markings. I could also see their girls; Jessica Matthews sitting on Corey's right while Kegan sits on Brandon's left. All four of them immediately get out of their thrones and the two men exchange looks, Stygian pulls out his Baneblade sword while I brandished my ax. Brandon pulls out a broadsword with crimson/gold on the hilt. Corey pulls out his Purifier, a silver buster sword with a long thin blade that is thicker on the edge and sharp on the tip. Both sides then meet at the center of the throne room while the girls move to opposite sides, watching the showdown at a safe distance.

Dark Archangel: Corey......you will not live to see the end of this day!

With that I charged in with a war cry and Corey did the same, our weapons clashed as sparks ignite from the impact and flew off into the air. I could also see Brandon and Stygian already clashing swords at each other, meanwhile I and Corey engaged in a power struggle. We both pushed against each other as the blades grind and emitted more sparks. Corey however soon got the upper hand and forced me down one knee, I regained my footing though and pushed him back. I suddenly brought the ax down causing Corey to lose his footing and followed with a vertical slash; Corey recovered very quickly and was able to block the blow taking full advantage of his sword's wide edge. He then parried and attacked with an upper slash, but I blocked it with my shield before counter attacking with a stiff arm to his chin. He staggers a bit before he brings his sword down hard on my shield, the force and angle caused the shield to fly right out of hand. He then follows that with another hard downward swing on my torso. I barely managed to bring my ax up to block the blow but the force caused me to fall down on my back. Corey was right on me, the tip of his blade just mere inches away from my face. Suddenly I heard a voice coming from the far end:

???: Fuck this, I'll help ya Dark Archangel!

Just then I saw Rick Christian dressed in a rainbow colored Jester outfit, with brass bells attached to the corners of his hat. He was holding a large wooden club in his hands and has some trouble using it as he stumbled a bit before he brought the club down right on Corey's back. The club breaks into several pieces and Corey just slowly turns around, clearly showing no effect from the blow he just took. Rick's eyes grow wide as he backs away while Corey starts to shuffle around and then brings his foot (which is covered in metal armor btw) right in the chin of Rick, particles of spit, blood and shattered teeth erupt from his mouth as he staggers. Corey isn’t finished yet as he brings his blade into a horizontal swing and nails Rick right in the head almost cutting the skull in two. He falls into the ground with blood pouring out and soon staining the carpet floor. I took the time to regain my bearings and retrieve my shield as I got a second wind. I charged right towards Corey who turned just in time to see me, we then started clashing blades again and again as we battled back and forth parrying blows, delivering blows, blocking them, countering them you name it. Soon though I was beginning to tire out and Corey brought his blade into an arc and tried to take my head off. I ducked and with a sudden leap, I swung my ax right on the hilt of his sword and knocked it out of his hands, sending it flying a few feet from him. I then brought the shield up bashing him right in the face causing him to stagger a few steps back. Then with the last of my strength, I leaped up into the air in a perfect 360 spin and swing the ax right at his face as hard as I could. Corey noticed the danger and reared his head back; he wasn’t fast enough as the blade just barely nicked him on the cheekbone just underneath his eyelid. It made a nice clean thin cut just down his cheekbone stopping just to the lower portion of his face. He staggers some more and even falls down one knee before he starts patting his face with his gloved hand. I could see blood on his hand and sure enough, the cut was leaking blood right to the corner of his mouth. I just looked back at him as I was trying to catch my breath, I'd hope that last swing would do the trick but Corey is a veteran and would not be beaten so easily. I could see him smiling and picking up his buster sword, I got up and maintained a defense posture while he let out a primal scream and charged towards me. The adrenaline he got from seeing his own blood gave him a new burst of energy as he rained blow after blow down on me. My shield was taking most of the abuse as I could do nothing but fall back and endure the onslaught. My only chance was to keep him back until he could tire out and then deliver the final blow. However his attacks proved too powerful and then he suddenly brought the blade down on my shield, the crushing impact was so great that it actually broke my shield in two and likely shattered the bones in my arm as well. I bit down hard on my bottom lip as I felt the jolt of pain on my right arm that was holding the shield. Corey then smiled once more as he thrust the blade right to my chest plate, I couldn’t do anything as the blade broke though the armor and struck me in the left side of my ribcage just nearly missing my heart.

I could feel the blood building up and soon enough, blood was oozing from the corners of my mouth. Corey pulled the blade out and I fell down to both knees. My heart was pumping fast and my hand was clutched over the hole that was now there, trying to contain the flow of blood that is now pouring out of it. My head was down and I just dropped my ax to the side of me, I knew I was finished and Corey knew as well. He brought his blade up in a two handed pose when suddenly a cry was heard from the background. Corey turned his back and I followed his gaze, it seemed Stygian had just killed Brandon as his body is laid on the floor all bloody and the crown is missing. The crown has found its new owner in the form of Stygian who is wearing it on his head. Kegan is crying on the dead body of her former lover while Lilith and Lilah are smiling on the sidelines. I noticed Corey is distracted and saw the opening I needed, willing myself onward; I grabbed the ax and with a good swing, brought the blade right down on his shoulder. He then fell down as the ax dug into his bones letting out a scream of pain. I pulled the ax out and despite the bad shape I was in, I knew I was in control. Just when I was about to kill him, someone else step in and screamed my name. I looked to the side and saw.......Tyson!? It was Tyson Rowle clad in black and white armor and wielding a spiked mace as he charged towards me. I brought my ax and swung with all my might as a flash of light erupts from the collision and fades into darkness and silence...............

[Define you're meaning of war
to me it's what we do when we're bored.]

My phone would wake me as I woke up from a dead sleep and picked it up. I didn't have to look at the number because the moment I heard the voice I knew who was calling.

Duke Dice: Hey man, feeling like going out and watching a movie or something? I got some free tickets to see Star Wars Episode one in 3D man! Just you me and Brian dude, come on what do you say?

I wiped the sleep out of my eyes and noticed that I was still in my clothes from the show. Heck I was even wearing my shoes still! I yawned a bit before working up enough energy to respond.

Yuko Shemamora: Sure thing Duke, you want me to come over?

Duke Dice: Naw I'll pick you guys up in my car, the movie won't start till around 2:30 so we got some time to kill.

Yuko Shemamora: What about the girls?

Duke Dice: They will be doing their own thing, my girlfriend as always talked to yours and Brian's already and they will be gone for quite a while. That just leaves us three to do something.

Yuko Shemamora: Something tells me watching a movie isn’t the only thing we'll be doing.

Duke Dice: Ya know me dude, I always have an idea. I'll be seeing you in a bit, later!

He hung up and I just shrugged before tossing the phone on the bed. I thought about the dream I just had, really weird and strange indeed.

Dark Archangel: That wasn’t just a dream my friend, that is a foreshadowing of things to come.

"What do you mean exactly?"

Dark Archangel: You mean you don't know? Tyson thinks you're stealing the spotlight that he foolishly believes rightfully belongs to him. He's not just about to allow you to outshine him you know; a man of his ego just won’t let that go.

"Still I think he's in over his head."

Dark Archangel: The guy just got destroyed by a 7 foot giant who is now the Heavyweight champion. In over his head is quite an understatement.

"I shouldn’t be too worried about him though."

Dark Archangel: You see Yuko? That's your problem right there, you're too carefree, you lack motivation, you lack commitment, most importantly though you lack seriousness. That is why you keep losing to the members of Upper Limit, you're not taking them seriously enough when in truth you should!

"And what about you? Why can't you defeat them?"

Dark Archangel: I'm only you're dark side, a figment of your imagination. I don't have a conscience, that's why I need you and that's why we need to work as one.

Perhaps he's right, or perhaps I'm losing my mind, either way I know that I'm not doing so hot right now. Even though I'm being headlined to face Corey Casey at the PPV, the momentum that I'm currently generating is very weak. I need to start doing something big and fast because otherwise there is no point in me fighting Corey because he'll just beat me yet again. Defeating Tyson won't really be too much of a momentum boost going into Nowhere to Run but it's a step in the right direction.

There will be time for that; right now I think it's time for me to enjoy myself.

I soon heard the sound of a car horn coming from the driveway. I grabbed my wallet, me keys and my jacket and then closed the door behind me. I looked it then turned to Duke's car which was parked on the curve. I noticed the backseats were empty so I climbed in the center then closed the door. I could see Duke's reflection on the rearview mirror. His glasses were dimmed down showing his brown eyes as he smiled at me.

Duke Dice: Welcome aboard mate.

Yuko Shemamora: Glad to be here boys.

Brian Pitcher: Yeah...hey what time is it?

Duke Dice: *checks his watch* It's around 1:30.

Brian Pitcher: We better get going before all the good seats are taken.

Duke nodded as he checked to make sure I was buckled in before he switched to reverse and backed the car into the driveway. He then switched again and on the road we were, I leaned forward and then wrapped my arms around the shoulder seats as I looked around the car.

Yuko Shemamora: Did you wash this car recently?

Duke Dice: You noticed, yeah I had to take this thing to get cleaned up before we go. The poor puppy needed it badly.

Brian Pitcher: Hey tell him what happened on the way over there.

Duke Dice: *signs* we almost ran into some cop trouble on the way there?

Yuko Shemamora: Why did you get pulled over or something?

Duke Dice: We almost did, this police car cut us near the off ramp and I was about to flip the bird on him.

Brian Pitcher: That was until I pointed out that his focus was on the freeway and didn't see us coming.

Duke Dice: Still the guy could have at least signaled.

Brian Pitcher: True.

I then leaned back and everything was quiet for a bit, until Duke turned on the radio and fumbled around the channels until a song came up that got his attention.

Duke Dice: Oooohhhh I love this song!

He then turns it up and starts singing the lyrics to the song word for word.

Duke Dice: *singing* I was walking down the street, when out the corner of my eye, I saw a pretty little thing approaching me. She said "I've never seen a man, who looks so all alone, could you use a little company?

I then joined him in the chorus.

Duke and Yuko: *singing* If you can pay the right price, your evening will be nice, And you can go and send me on my way." I said "You're such a sweet young thing, why you do this to yourself?" She looked at me and this is what she said:

To my surprised Brian also joined in the chorus.

All three of them: *singing* "Oh, there ain't no rest for the wicked, money don't grow on trees. I got bills to pay, I got mouths to feed, there ain't nothing in this world for free. I know I can't slow down, I can't hold back, though you know, I wish I could. No there ain't no rest for the wicked, until we close our eyes for good".

I then reached out and changed the channel after that song and found another one that got Duke's attention. We turned it up full blast and started doing this motion. Soon the mall came into view and Duke found a nice parking spot near the entrance. We got out of the car and headed inside, already I was feeling good but come Sunday I'll be feeling even better once I get my hands on Tyson.

*The Shoot*

Well look what the cat dragged back from the garbage disposal, it's none other than the crumpet himself Tyson.

I've heard about all the things you've said about me and Stygian during the show and all I can say is:

LOLWUT

I mean did I actually hear this correctly, that you a complete failure deserve the hype that I'm currently getting? That you will defeat both me and Stygian?

I think you've might have suffered some massive brain damage there Tyson, seems Stygian really knocked you so hard that you seemed to have lost your mind. That's assuming of course you had one to begin with, kinda like the scarecrow from Wizard of OZ.

Well since you've forgotten everything, allow me to refresh your memory. I think the last time you and I squared off, we had a conversation that was pretty similar to this. You were talking down to me, thinking I was no more than just some annoying insect that needed to be crushed by someone like you. Umm yeah what happened during our match?

Oh right I drove your head into the mat and rattled your skull, I could have pinned you right there and then.

So why didn't I you ask? Two reasons: One you weren’t worth it and Two you were not the heavyweight champion.

Yeah I know you bragged about defeating Vincent Van Rose and took his High Impact but you should have waited. Because if you did, you might have actually won a better prize then the one you were getting. Instead you practically handed the guy his title shot on a silver platter, no sooner did he lost the High Impact to you that he went on to take Corey Casey and became the Heavyweight champion.

Speaking of which whatever happened to you since becoming High Impact champion? Well you were able to defend it against Team Swag though your partner Sean Libby did most of the work while you just sat there and looked pretty. Then you tried taking on Jason Hawk after he crowned himself as one half of the new tag champs. I guessed you wanted dips on taking those titles but nope, instead Chuck aka Brian Hunt beat you to it.

I mean sure you were the only one to have successfully defended your title at Violent Impulse, but what happened afterwards? You started losing match after match, you lost to RAWRLURB, you lost to Sean Libby, and then you lost to Rosa and Stygian in the same match. At the same time, I only lost one match and that was due to a crooked reff, since then I've beaten a former heavyweight champion and a hall of famer......twice!

The Stygian finally put you out of your misery and took away your title, only for him to trade if off and do the one thing I could not: Defeat Brandon and become the IWF Heavyweight champion.

So yeah I'm not really doing so hot at the moment but then again, I've had it better compared to you. Right now I got alot of pent up anger and frustration from these recent weeks stored in. I can't help but almost feel sorry for you.

Almost......

Unfortunately for you, I need someone to take out my anger on and you are the target of choice. You should have never come back Tyson.

Because you'll need another stay in the hospitable after I'm done with you.
