UNDERGROUND 7: HOSTILE THREATS
LIVE From the Trocadero Theatre Philadelphia, PA

The lights in the arena circle around as the crowd gets crazy. Real wrestling fans stand on their feet and pack themselves into the arena for a chance to witness IWF: Underground. The entrance video for the Underground begins to play and the fans are going insane.

Standing in the ring is Vinnie Paulos and all around the ring are the members of the Underground roster one by one separated all around. The cameras pan to Vinnie who holds a microphone ready to speak and address the roster as well as the audience.

Vinnie Paulos:
Tonight I bring to all of you sad news. Mr. Dillinger has denied our requests and has made it privately as well as publically clear that we are the inferior product under the IWF flag. I take great offense to his statements as should each and every one of you.

Pacing about the ring Vinnie pauses momentarily looking in the faces of his roster before continuing on again.

Vinnie Paulos:
Every week you all give everything you’ve got for this company and for what? To just compete match by match earning minimal amounts of money and I know for a fact some of you are even living out of your cars. While I’ve done what I can to help all of you, even opening up my own pocketbook in order to make sure that some of you could make it to the shows when you didn’t have enough money to fly out. I’m sorry that each and every one of you have to go through this. However I promise one thing...CHANGE and CHANGE will be coming soon. I don’t mean change like some lying politician.

*CROWD CHEERS*

Vinnie Paulos:
No I’m talking about REAL change, change that can be spurred on by each and every one of you. If I’ve learned anything about this business since I’ve been in it is that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. So everyone here in the UNDERGROUND!

*CROWD CHEERS*

Vinnie Paulos:
We bring you the most intense action in all of professional wrestling. It’s time we kicked it up a notch. You want us to be THOSE guys even so much as forcing us into their old home? Well guess what PAL...we WILL be THOSE guys and THOSE guys will kick the ever loving SHIT out of YOUR guys!

*CROWD CHEERS*

Vinnie Paulos:
From this moment forth following this week every match in the Underground will be contested under the following rules. The first rule is there are NO time limits and NO disqualification!

*CROWD CHEERS*

Vinnie Paulos:
We don’t disqualify someone for using a tactic that they choose to. We will not put a time limit on our matches! Oh and naturally if you feel like hitting someone in the face with a steel chair or a damn BRICK, then you sure as HELL can. We aren’t some powderpuff group of overpaid and under talented hacks that walk around like the world owes them something. We are a hardworking group of individuals that either love to fight or love to wrestle.

Vinnie Paulos:
I’ve also decided that an unpopular decision made by Mr. Dillinger shall be rectified by ME! That’s right ladies and gentlemen the Underground is going to plug it’s little defibrillator and bring to life a championship that should’ve never been put under in the first place. Exclusively after From the Ashes the UNDERGROUND is going to bring the tag team championship belts...BACK!

*CROWD CHEERS*

Vinnie Paulos:
Take that one Battlegrounds…

Vinnie Paulos:
Oh and let’s not forget and Underground Rules ONLY singles championship…

*CROWD CHEERS*

Calvin Jones
I can’t believe it! Vinnie is bringing back the tag team championships and changing up the rules! He’s shaking things up tonight right before IWF’s biggest pay-per-view. Oh I bet Mr. Dillinger is holding his temples right about now. Another singles championship coming to the Underground as well...this man in the ring is a genius folks and let’s not forget it.

Vinnie Paulos:
As far as Mr. Dillinger is concerned, the Underground does not welcome him, the Underground does not LIKE him and more importantly the Underground is at WAR with him and BATTLEGROUNDS! From the Ashes, you want it to be your night and your night only do you? Well you’ll have to excuse me while I refuse to sit back and enjoy the show. The Underground will be at From the Ashes, whether you like it...or not…

*CROWD CHEERS*

With that Vinnie drops his microphone as the Underground theme song begins to play. The rest of the roster around the ring applaud Vinnie and he returns the favor applauding them. He steps out of the ring and walks through the curtains to the back followed closely behind by his underground roster.

OPENING SINGLES MATCH
Haley Duncan
[vs]
James Jefferson

Underground 7: Hostile Threats UGSpacer_zps876073fc

The ringing of the bell sounds off and Duncan taunts Jefferson, beckoning him to make the first move. Jefferson sneers and charges at Duncan with a raised elbow aiming for her head. Duncan side-steps out of the way and shouts "Ole!" The fans cheer and laugh, entertained by one of their favorite wrestlers as she trips Jefferson and captures his right wrist with a painful wrist lock. Jefferson shakes his head and rolls out of it, but Duncan plants a boot to the back of his head and quickly drives her elbow into his lower back. Jeff moves away in an attempt to recuperate, all while Duncan is heard laughing nearby. Once Jefferson is up on his feet, he glares at Duncan and rushes for the execution of front dropkick. However, Duncan ducks under it, runs to bounce off the ropes and blast Jefferson's face with a low dropkick! Jefferson falls to the mat, holding his face in pain. Duncan ignores him for the moment and decides to get the crowd going by starting a rousing applause. The crowd is in full support of Haley, cheering her on. Haley spins around to face Jefferson, who is beginning to recover, and she smiles in wait. Once Jefferson is on his feet, he approaches Duncan with caution and soon locks up with her, but he feigns out and sends her down with a lariat takedown. Duncan finds herself on her back only for a moment before she defensively sweeps Jefferson's offensive attempt and delivers a harsh backfist to his temple before pushing him off. Jefferson briefly grimaces before he gets up, but Duncan is already on him, locking her Breaking Even out of nowhere! In just a split second, Jefferson succumbs to the agony and taps out!

Winner: Haley Duncan

SINGLES MATCH
James Betterman
[vs]
Chris Mosh

Underground 7: Hostile Threats UGSpacer_zps876073fc

Upon the ringing of the bell, James is the first to offense by grounding Mosh with those technical moves that James brags about so much. But Mosh quickly rises to his feet and shows James that he is not the only technical wrestler in IWF by taking him to the mat with a text book hip toss. Before Mosh could capitalize, James shot his legs around Chris and pulled him down into a simple guillotine choke hold. Mosh was able to quickly maneuver his body to the ropes in order to force a break from James. James was looking pissed so far, he didn't expect Mosh to play the same game as he, let alone be so successful at it. They both rise to their feet, and soon began to get into a chop battle. A “Whoo” heard from the crowd. James finally tires of the striking battle and knees Mosh in the gut. James back up to get a bit of ground before going for the Simply Better, but Mosh counters and connects with his cross body after hitting the ropes, hooking the outside leg and getting a two count!

Calvin Jones
Chris Mosh looking good in his debut

Chris pounds his fists against the mat out of frustration. So he begins to pull James back to his feet to nail his opponent with his finisher, the Mosh Pit. But James grabs the top rose, causing Mosh to fall right off. Chris regains his composure from the counter and rises to his feet, but he takes the Cum Shot right in the face! James makes the cover and gets the 1 2 3!

Winner: James Betterman

SINGLES MATCH
Ezekiel Task
[vs]
Adorabelle

Underground 7: Hostile Threats UGSpacer_zps876073fc

The bell rings and Adorabelle starts the match off with a knife-edge chop. Task reels back from the attack, returns fire with a stiff knee to the gut. Grabbing her in a wristlock, he rams Adorabelle into the turnbuckle. Adorabelle blocks an attempt at knee strikes, catching Task's leg and spinning him around and whacking him with a stiff elbow to the back of the head. Adorabelle plants him into the mat with a stiff knee of her own to the back of the head. Adorabelle goes to pick him up, and Task rakes the eyes to regain control. Task rolls to his feet and pulls Adorabelle into a headscissors, but Adorabelle drops out of it and tackles Task to the mat, unleashing rights and lefts before he grabs the ropes to force a break.

Calvin Jones
Adorabelle looking aggressive here early on

Back to their feet, they go for a collar and elbow tie up, but Task wins quickly and locks in a side-headlock. Adorabelle powers out of it with some nice elbows, and then runs the ropes right into a double armed chop. Task follows up with a Butterfly Backbreaker and another side headlock. Adorabelle pushes the two of them to their feet, and pushes Task off, but he holds on and drags her back to the mat. This continues on two more times until Adorabelle manages to squirm out of the hold. Task turns around and falls to the mat from a knife-edge chop. He stands up and it's on as the two of them start to wail on each other with stiff chops and kicks that are heard throughout the arena.

Calvin Jones
Business is really heating up here!

Task hits another boot, but Adorabelle turns from the attack and floors him with a leaping heel kick. Adorabelle takes over with more strikes, but Task runs the ropes from one attack and flies over Adorabelle for a sunset flip... and Adorabelle just slaps Task hard. Task gets to his feet and Adorabelle kicks Task's head off! Adorabelle drops to the mat and applies a chinlock of her own, but Task goes to the corner and pushes them up. Adorabelle hits a few kicks, but Ezekiel slaps the teeth right out of her mouth. Adorabelle claps a bit, and turns around, hitting a spinning kick to the face. Ezekiel ducks a Yakuza kick and tosses Adorabelle like a pizza though, and then lights her up with chops, just irritating her. Adorabelle returns the slap, and Ezekiel responds by stomping on her head in brutal fashion.

Calvin Jones
What a vicious stomp!

Task hits a backbreaker and follows it up with a fall away slam for 2. Adorabelle escapes a waist lock but turns around to eat a dropkick. She runs into a pair of hard boots but finally hits a desperation powerslam to get back into it. Adorabelle starts to get her Fighting Spirit as she hits a pair of clotheslines, a vertical suplex and a flying lariat for 2. Adorabelle goes for the Alarm Clock, but Task gets to the ropes early and uses momentum to send Adorabelle to the apron. Task elbows her in the gut and hits a slingshot Falcon Arrow for 2. Task gets back to his feet, throws Adorabelle into the corner, hits a corner clothesline, discus clothesline, and a backdrop backbreaker, but still only gets a 2. Adorabelle avoids the press gutbuster and hits a flurry of chops, stinging Task's chest red. She goes to the apron and smacks him with a springboard missile dropkick, corner yakuza kick and to top it all off, a dropkick in the corner.

Calvin Jones
Adorabelle looking hot tonight!

Ezekiel puts Adorabelle on the top rope after the dropkick and hits a sit-out powerbomb, but still only gets a two out of it. Adorabelle fires off a flurry of chops leading into the Whiplash Tornado DDT and a running knee strike, and still Ezekiel kicks out. Task avoids the No Apologies by ducking out of the move and hits a corner enzugiri, putting Adorabelle on the top for a top rope superplex, but Adorabelle grabs the top rope to stop her momentum, causing Ezekiel to fall on his back. As he gets up, Adorabelle leaps off the top rope, her knee crashing into Task’s face! The crowd pops as Adorabelle makes the cover after hitting her Graduation and she gets the 1 2 3!

Winner: Adorabelle

Pariah is still staring daggers at Vandal, but now he has a little beef with Chris Cryptic. Matthews lifts Dean up to the top turnbuckle before climbing up himself, sending him down with a belly to belly superplex. Matthews looks like a shark stalking its prey as he waits for Dean to get back up to a vertical base. Chris takes one step into the ring, but then quickly retreats back to his corner, eyeing his opponent across the way. Pariah reacts the way Cryptic wanted by charging into the ring after him, but the referee stops him mid-ring. Matthews bends down to pick up Vandal, tired of waiting on him to get up, but Cryptic levels him with a clothesline and begins dragging Dean over to their corner where he drapes him on the middle rope, his arm draped on the top rope. Pariah points behind the chastising referee, but steps back through the ropes to the ring apron. The ref turns around as Dean is tagged by Cryptic, bringing Chris into the match. Calvin Jones
Kenneth Matthews walks out on Pariah! What’s that about? Dean Vandal and Chris Cryptic victorious here, but the bigger story could be Kenneth’s betrayal. That’s all the time we have tonight though, tune in next week where we’ll get answers on this development!!
