| BOSTON, MA --- BOSTON, MA --- Reports coming out from IWF Headquarters is confirming that IWF Founder & Battle Grounds General Manager Brandon Macdonald has released the former and last Full Throttle Champion Jason Hawk from his part time contract with the company. An IWF Executive (who requested to remain annonymous) contacted us here at REALWRESTLING.com via a phone call, he said "It's been building for some time and although it may take the wrestling world by shock, IWF Executives in Boston is not surprised by Brandon Macdonald's decision. Jason Hawk's poor performance at IWF versus WEW was the last straw and the decision was made."
After a number of calls, we were unable to receive comments from IWF CEO Rick Christian. However Brandon Macdonald released a statement to the media earlier which state;
"All ties between the now former IWF superstar Jason Hawk and Insurgency Wrestling Federation have been completely severed and will not be reuniting any time in the near future. As a result, the Full Throttle Title, which Jason Hawk previously held and retired, is now officially being reactivated. IWF athletes will now be able to compete for the currently vacant Full Throttle Championship. The IWF would like to wish Jason Hawk luck in all of his future endeavors, whatever they may be. This is not some trick by Jason Hawk to fool the world, he has legitimately been released from the company.
